We are a family-run boutique farm in the Pacific Northwest, founded and operated by two friends and a mom with a passion for growing extraordinary food. Our focus is on cultivating premium heritage mushrooms—like meaty Oyster varieties and fluffy, majestic Lion’s Mane—using sustainable, pristine organic methods. What started as a fascinating hands-on project has grown into a dedicated craft where we manage every step of the process, from spawn to fresh harvest. We pour a lot of hard work, curiosity, and pride into everything we grow, and we are thrilled to share these beautiful, restaurant-quality culinary heirlooms with our local community.
